Sermon:  Praying as Wounded Conquerors

As we finish our study of the Lord’s Prayer, we consider what it means to be wounded conquerors. How does it feel to acknowledge what we need from God: daily bread, forgiveness and God’s help to forgive others, leading, and deliverance?  Which is the easiest for you to request? Which is the hardest for you to accept? How does God answer those prayers?

Thought for the week:

This week, I will slowly pray the Lord’s Prayer each day, thinking carefully about the words.
