Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) — The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) is an organization of individuals whose overall goal is to eliminate barriers and level the playing field for the poor, seniors, children and the hard to serve population of Flint and Genesee County. Realizing that those we serve often turn to us as their last hope, we have dedicated ourselves to respecting the trust that the residents in need give to us.
