Our Agape choir practices choral pieces for worship and other special services. All voices are welcome in our choir. Our choir director is Rachel Deshone and the choir is accompanied by Ross Doolittle. Practice typically meets in the music room.

A meeting for the Commission on Education. This group supports our youth ministry and various small group studies.
On the 2nd Tuesday of each month - we have a group that gathers to intentionally pray together for our membership and any prayer requests that are submitted. This group will meet in the prayer room near the back entrance to the church. ALL ARE WELCOME!!
Pastor Sarah leads a bible study & discussion on Tuesdays at 5:00pm. For Advent - this group will work on the book "On the Way to Bethlehem" All are welcome at this study - bring your favorite Bible and stop in any time!
Every Tuesday evening at 6pm we gather together for a Men's group. Each person can bring a dish to pass and we'll enjoy a meal together. TWe'll enjoy food, fun & fellowship together as we dig into a biblical topic!

Volunteers gather to care for the flower beds and church grounds. If you have an interest in learning about gardening, there's a lot of old timers here willing to answer questions and share their experiences. We mostly work in the Memorial Garden out front, but also in other areas of the church yard.
Pastor Sarah Elliott joins Bethany UMC on July 1, 2024. She comes to us from the Baltimore-Washington Conference. Along with her husband, Patrick, and their 3 children, they have followed God's call across the country and landed here in Clio, Michigan.
