Check out these examples of other Cooperative Parishes in the Michigan Annual Conference for inspiration of ministries and mission they are sharing in their parishes:

There are also several examples in the district and in the Conference that have the larger church served by a pastor and the small churches are much smaller, being served by a rotation of lay speakers and an occasional visit from the pastor: Marysville (with Central Lakeport), Sandusky: First (with Deckerville), and Romeo (with Leonard) in East Winds District; and Water’s Edge (Algonac: Trinity with New Baltimore: Grace) in Greater Detroit District; and Jackson Cooperative Parish (Brookside, Trinity and Calvary) in Greater Southwest District.
Marc Middleton prepared a financial forecast based on different routes we might take as part of his discernment process and shares his data and reflection for the congregation here.
